Smashburgers are all the rage and we've made sure to keep you well fed.
A smashburger is a ground beef burger that has been formed by us into a little ball so that you can give it a good smash on the griddle or in a cast iron skillet to give it the perfect crust.
Some like to keep it traditional while others like to dress it up and infuse their favorite ingredients during the cooking process. Some of our favorites are caramelized onions and mushrooms, blue cheese and bacon, or green chilies and onion.
